Whether you are looking to deepen your practice in a private studio or join a group flow under the open sky, I am here to hold space for you. Welcome to a practice where you don't need to perform—you just need to arrive.

This is a letter to you, from a place of deep rest. It's an invitation to come home to yourself, to exhale, and to remember that you are allowed to feel and to heal.

There is a special energy when we move together under the open sky. Here is a glimpse into one of my outdoor group yoga sessions, a space to connect with nature and each other.

Experience the magic of Aqua Yoga under the moon. The water supports your body, allowing for a gentle, flowing practice that calms the mind and soothes the soul.

Sound is a powerful tool for healing. In my sessions, I use the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls to guide you into a state of deep relaxation, helping to release tension held within the body.

Acro yoga is a playful dance of trust and connection. I guide partners through foundational poses, helping them build strength, balance, and communication in a safe and supportive environment.

I bring the benefits of yoga directly to your workplace. My corporate wellness sessions are designed to release stress, improve posture, and restore focus, featuring both active movement and guided relaxation.

My bodywork sessions are a form of deep, assisted stretching and massage. This is a personalized practice where I work with you to release stored tension, improve alignment, and restore balance to your system.

Aerial yoga is about finding freedom and strength while being supported by the silk. It's a practice that challenges you to trust, let go, and see the world from a new perspective.

In every class, I hold space for you to arrive just as you are. This is a community built on shared breath, gentle movement, and the simple joy of being present together.

My own practice is my anchor, especially when surrounded by the elements. Finding balance in Natarajasana by the sea reminds me of the strength and grace we all hold within.

If you book a private session at my Thanisandra studio, we integrate hands-on Thai massage adjustments and aerial silks to address specific stiffness or spinal decompression, whereas my group sessions focus on collective breath and shared movement. You never need to worry about being flexible or experienced; I am here to guide your body, whether we are working through an injury, navigating burnout, or simply finding a moment of silence in a busy week.
