Whether you are looking to deepen your practice in a private studio or join a group flow under the open sky, I am here to hold space for you. Welcome to a practice where you don't need to perform—you just need to arrive.

This is a letter to you, from a place of deep rest. It's an invitation to come home to yourself, to exhale, and to remember that you are allowed to feel and to heal.

There is a special energy when we move together under the open sky. Here is a glimpse into one of my outdoor group yoga sessions, a space to connect with nature and each other.

Experience the magic of Aqua Yoga under the moon. The water supports your body, allowing for a gentle, flowing practice that calms the mind and soothes the soul.

Sound is a powerful tool for healing. In my sessions, I use the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls to guide you into a state of deep relaxation, helping to release tension held within the body.

Acro yoga is a playful dance of trust and connection. I guide partners through foundational poses, helping them build strength, balance, and communication in a safe and supportive environment.

I bring the benefits of yoga directly to your workplace. My corporate wellness sessions are designed to release stress, improve posture, and restore focus, featuring both active movement and guided relaxation.

My bodywork sessions are a form of deep, assisted stretching and massage. This is a personalized practice where I work with you to release stored tension, improve alignment, and restore balance to your system.

About this collection

My approach at Zen Yoga Shala is grounded in your current state, not where you think you should be. If you book a private session at my Thanisandra studio, we integrate hands-on Thai massage adjustments and aerial silks to address specific stiffness or spinal decompression, whereas my group sessions focus on collective breath and shared movement. You never need to worry about being flexible or experienced; I am here to guide your body, whether we are working through an injury, navigating burnout, or simply finding a moment of silence in a busy week.

  • Zen Yoga Shala, Thanisandra: This is my primary sanctuary. It is a fully equipped private studio designed for 1-on-1 therapeutic work, aerial yoga, and personalized bodywork.
  • IKEA Nagasandra & Outdoor Spaces: I believe nature is the ultimate teacher. I regularly host group flows in parks and open-air locations across Bengaluru to help you ground yourself amidst the elements.
  • Corporate Wellness: I bring the studio to your workplace, offering desk-friendly movement, breathwork for stress relief, and mindfulness sessions tailored to office teams.

My Modalities

My practice blends several styles to meet your specific needs:

  • Vinyasa & Hatha: Dynamic and static flows to build strength and balance.
  • Aerial Yoga: Using fabric hammocks to build core strength and decompress the spine.
  • Thai Massage & Bodywork: Hands-on adjustments to release deep-seated tension and improve mobility.
  • Sound Healing: Using Tibetan singing bowls to facilitate deep nervous system rest.

Whether you are joining an intimate group session or a private therapeutic workshop, my goal is the same: to help you exhale.
