Yoga is more than just movement. It is a bridge between your body, mind, and spirit. This is the story behind ZenYogaShala—a space to rest, breathe, and reconnect.

I believe that yoga is a powerful tool for long-term postural health. In this video, I discuss how aligning the body can have a profound impact on our overall well-being.

Here, I speak about the foundation of posture. My teaching focuses on building awareness from the ground up, creating a stable and supportive base for all movement.

Poor posture isn't just a cosmetic issue; it affects our breath, our energy, and our confidence. I teach methods to address the root causes of postural imbalances.

As a holistic coach, my work goes beyond physical postures. I aim to guide you toward a more integrated and balanced state of being, both on and off the mat.

I'm developing a postural care series specifically for teachers. This program is designed to address the unique physical strains that come with being an educator.
