About Healing Retreats: The Ultimate Journey
These aren't just holidays; they are intentional containers for release. Whether we are in the quiet mountains of Munnar or the lush landscapes of Bali, we use somatic movement, sound therapy, and guided breathwork to help you bypass the thinking mind and speak directly to the body, letting go of the tension you’ve been carrying.
A Full Reset for Mind and Body
Many of us live in a constant state of ‘doing.’ Our retreats—held in serene spaces like The School of Ancient Wisdom in Bangalore, the hills of Munnar, and the tropics of Bali—are about reclaiming the art of ‘being.’
We design these experiences to be accessible to everyone, not just those with a movement background. The curriculum is a blend of modalities:
- Somatic Release: We use movement to identify where you hold stress and trauma in the body, helping you process and release it physically.
- Sound & Energy: You will experience deep rest through sound baths (Tibetan bowls and gongs), chakra alignment, and energy constellation work.
- Nature Connection: The environment is as much a teacher as we are. We intentionally choose locations that allow for grounding—whether that is a forest walk, a bonfire circle, or quiet time by a private pool.
What You Can Expect
You arrive as you are. There is no need to perform, be fit, or have previous meditation experience. Our facilitators create a safe container where you can show up with your exhaustion, your questions, or simply a desire to be quiet.
We incorporate 10-15 minute group check-ins and sharing circles where voices are heard, alongside structured sessions like contact improvisation or archetype work. By the time you leave, the goal is not to have fixed your life, but to have found a bit more ease in your skin, a clearer sense of your own rhythm, and a community of people who have walked the journey alongside you.
