I get how heavy things can feel sometimes. My classes aren’t just about bending and stretching - I’m here to hold space for you to just be, whether you want to move, laze around, or laugh a little. No fancy expectations, just a spot to breathe and let go.
How I Run My Classes
Yoga with me is about more than just asanas. We mix in breathwork, simple meditation, and some solid mindfulness. Sometimes the body feels stiff, sometimes the mind is all over the place - I meet you wherever you are. Not every day’s a win and that’s okay.

If you love group energy, I run group yoga for stress relief in lots of settings - studios, offices, even outside under the trees. It’s always a chill vibe.
Styles That Suit You
I teach vinyasa, hatha, yin, aerial, aqua, and acro yoga. Outdoor yoga sessions are in the mix too if you want a change from indoor walls. Every session starts slow and ends with a good savasana (rest), and sometimes a bit of sound healing.
You don’t need to prep or feel ready. Bas aaja, yahan sab apna hai (Just come, everything here feels like home).
