Yoga Is Life, Not Just Exercise

Yoga sirf exercise nahi hai (Yoga isn’t just exercise) - for me, it’s how I live. I bring that same feeling into every group class. Whether you’re new or have been doing yoga for years, I keep it real and help you find balance in breath, body, and mind.

Fun, Games & Group Vibes

Masti bhi jaroori hai (having fun matters)! My sessions aren’t just about serious poses. We play yoga games, laugh, challenge each other, and even vibe with themed yoga sessions. Ever tried yoga to Bappa’s beats? Or rolling on your back like you did as a kid? That bachpan yaad aa gaya (childhood memories) feeling is real here. I believe in creating a supportive, friendly community.

Little Stars: Yoga for Kids

My “Yoga for kids” batches mix asanas and games so children actually enjoy their practice. They get stronger, more flexible, and learn to focus. We even do summer camps! I teach breathing and meditation in simple ways so they feel confident and calm.

Partner & Acro Yoga

SAHYOG KE SAATH SADHANA (practice with teamwork). With “Partner yoga activities” and acro yoga, you build trust, strength, and balance with a friend. We learn to base, fly, and stretch deeper - it’s tough, but the bond you build is worth it.

Practice, Props & Progress

I focus on clear steps and safe alignment. Shwaas bharo, shwaas chodo (inhale, exhale) - breath comes first. My studio has props like ropes and wheels to help you modify poses and progress without injury. If you want “community yoga classes” that are joyful and healing, I’m here.

My Story

Namaste, I’m Jyoti from Delhi, Patanjali certified and yoga is mera jeevan (my life). Yoga, mere liye, ek gift hai jo hum khud ko dete hai. I’ve seen students skip surgery and heal just with practice. Best feeling ever! My classes? Not boring – we play, laugh, and sometimes feel like kids again. Family, friends, everyone joins in. My aim – har din nayi energy, naya balance. Yoga se hoga, pakka!

My Work

Yoga for Pain & Posture - I teach yoga for back pain relief, sciatica, posture, and even thyroid management. Real results, like pain gone, thyroid better.

Partner & Fun Yoga Classes - Classes include partner yoga, acro yoga, and fun yoga for kids. We play games, laugh, and support each other.

Personalised Approach - Main hamesha modifications batati hoon (I always give variations), use props, and make sure every student feels safe and included.

For Everyone - Chronic pain, thyroid, or just want to lose belly fat? My classes fit all age groups and needs. Regular practice, real changes.

Gentle Reminders - Always listen to your body. After class, get up from your side, not straight – your back will thank you.
