My Philosophy
Yoga sirf exercise nahi hai, yeh ek lifestyle hai (Yoga isn't just exercise, it's a way of living). For me, healing goes beyond just stretching or sweating - it's about syncing breath, body, and mind, especially when pain gets in the way.
What I Offer
If chronic pain, stiffness, or old injuries keep bothering you, I get it. My sessions aren't about fast movements or achieving the "perfect" pose. They're slow, mindful, and focused on healing. I use props like blocks, wheels, and even the wall - not as shortcuts, but to help you do each move safely. Alignment matters a lot, because one wrong move can make things worse.
How We Work
We work together on:
- Back & neck pain (including disc issues and nagging stiffness)
- Sciatica and posture correction
- Shoulder problems like frozen shoulder
- Thyroid support with specific poses and breathwork for managing pain
I give hands-on corrections so you know how each asana should feel. Expect lots of “Shwaas bharo, shwaas chodo” (breathe in, breathe out) reminders. We'll wring out the spine with gentle twists - jaise kapda nichodte hain (like wringing a cloth) - and I always adjust things if you have knee or cervical pain.
Why Stick With It
Healing takes time. Lagataar abhyaas (regular practice) matters more than getting every pose right. Yog kariye, mast rahein, swasth rahein (do yoga, be happy, stay healthy).

My Story
Namaste, I’m Jyoti from Delhi, Patanjali certified and yoga is mera jeevan (my life). Yoga, mere liye, ek gift hai jo hum khud ko dete hai. I’ve seen students skip surgery and heal just with practice. Best feeling ever! My classes? Not boring – we play, laugh, and sometimes feel like kids again. Family, friends, everyone joins in.
