1:1 Personalized Training
Coaching Format
- Attention: Dedicated one on one private session ensuring 100% undivided attention.
- Duration: 60 minutes of focused training.
- Guidance: Real time detailed feedback with manual spotting (offline) or strict safety protocols (online).
Advanced Goals
- Skill Level: Focus on advanced flexibility, strength poses, and inversions like Chakrasana.
- Specialization: Suitable for Sports Yoga competition preparation, obesity management, or height growth.

About Kids Yoga Classes
I see yoga as a way for kids to discover themselves, not just twist into shapes. It’s about the fun of trying, falling, and getting back up. I always tell my students, "Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection." That’s the vibe in my classes.
