About Partner & Acroyoga
Why I Teach Partner & Acroyoga
For me, Partner & Acroyoga is about finding connection, energy, and trust. It's more than bending and balancing - it's getting to know yourself and someone else through movement. I always say, yog se bhage rog hai (diseases run away from yoga), and doing it with someone makes the whole thing double maza (double fun).
What My Classes Are Like
- Every class kicks off with partner-assisted stretching to help you open up and get comfortable.
- I break down the basics of base and flyer acroyoga roles, so you know exactly how to support or be supported.
- Sometimes we team up in small groups - it’s wild what three or more people can build together!
- I keep my sessions small so I can focus on each person. Your progress and safety are always at the front.
- No need to be flexible or fit already. You just need to show up with an open mind.
What You Get Out of It
- You'll build core strength and stability way beyond regular yoga.
- Trust-building partner yoga means you learn to communicate and rely on each other.
- You start getting real body awareness, noticing how you move and how your partner moves.
- And honestly, it feels more playful than like a workout - kaafi fun hai (it's a lot of fun).
Who Can Join
All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Come solo or bring a partner - I’ll pair you up if needed. I run sessions in my Rohini studio or online, so you can join from wherever.

My Story
Hi, I’m Arjun. Yoga’s my happy place, not just a workout - it’s how I find balance. I always say, ‘I bend so I don’t break’ - works for life too, trust me. Watching students, from kids to adults, surprise themselves is the best part. Yog hi to saari duniya ko Bharat ka vardaan hai (Yoga is India’s blessing to the world) and I’m just glad to share it, one class at a time.
My Work
Yoga classes - online & in-studio - I teach Power Yoga for beginners, Advanced Acro Yoga, Partner Yoga, and core workouts in Rohini and online.
Personal attention - You get my full focus. I guide each person, whether you’re new or tackling tough asanas.
Flexibility and strength training - We work on flexibility, muscle strength, and balance. It’s about getting healthier inside out.
Yoga for body and mind - Yoga is more than poses. It helps with peace, mental balance, and issues like PCOD relief or knee pain.
