About Yoga for Kids: Little Stars

My approach isn't about rigid routines; it's about making movement natural for growing bodies. I use props like yoga wheels and wall ropes to help children safely build core strength and flexibility while staying fully engaged. Your child won't just learn asanas—they will learn to enjoy being active.
