We connect with the roots of yoga through practices like Surya Namaskar with mantra chanting. This brings a deep sense of peace and energy, balancing the mind and body as we flow through the sequence together.

About Group Classes & Asana Practice
In my sessions, I use props like wall ropes and yoga wheels to help you reach deeper stretches safely, especially if you have stiff joints or back issues. We do not just hold poses; we modify them to fit your body, ensuring you never feel left behind even in a group setting.
Yoga is more than just stretching; it is a dedicated discipline of breath and movement. In our Ramesh Nagar studio, we focus on a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa flow, keeping the sessions practical and accessible. I believe that every body is different, so we emphasize the use of props like yoga wheels, bricks, and Iyengar-style wall ropes. These tools are game-changers for spinal traction and helping you safely move into poses like Chakrasana or deep forward bends without strain.
Every 60-minute session is structured to ensure you get a full-body workout. We start with joint-opening movements, move into the main asana flow to build core strength and flexibility, and conclude with Pranayama to calm the mind. Because our batches are limited to 10-15 students, I can provide hands-on corrections and ensure your alignment is correct—no generic yoga here.
Consistency is the secret sauce. By attending five days a week, you build a routine that naturally improves your energy levels and posture. If you have struggled with back pain or stiffness from desk work, our specific focus on posture correction will help you find relief. Join us to build strength, learn the proper technique, and make yoga a joyful habit.
