Yoga for Kids: Little Stars
My kids' yoga batches are all about "khel khel mein yoga" (yoga through play). I mix fun games with asanas to help children build strength, improve focus, and grow their confidence in a joyful, supportive environment. We also have special summer camps for our little yogis.
Partner & Acro Yoga: Practice with Teamwork
Sahyog ke saath sadhana, where practice deepens with a partner. In these sessions, we build trust, communication, and physical strength together. You'll learn to base, fly, and support each other in poses that challenge your balance and create a strong bond.
Fun Fridays & Yoga Games
Masti bhi jaroori hai! My classes are not just about serious asanas. We end the week with yoga games, themed sessions like "yoga to Bappa's beats", and playful activities that bring out your inner child and remind you that yoga is a joyful celebration.
Strength, Balance & Advanced Poses
Ready to challenge yourself? This is where we build the strength and focus needed for advanced asanas. I guide you step-by-step through arm balances like Kaakasana (Crow Pose), inversions like handstands, and deep backbends like Raja Kapotasana (King Pigeon Pose).
Props for Progress & Safe Alignment
I believe in practicing safely to progress without injury. My studio is equipped with props like ropes, wheels, blocks, and sticks. I teach you how to use these tools to modify poses, correct your alignment, and deepen your stretches safely, no matter your flexibility level.
Group Classes & Asana Practice
Join our community for daily asana practice where we focus on the fundamentals. From the energizing flow of Surya Namaskar to foundational poses for flexibility and strength, every class is a chance to connect your breath, body, and mind.

Our yoga family extends beyond the studio walls. We love taking our practice outdoors to connect with nature and celebrate special events together, from International Yoga Day in the park to colorful Holi festivities. These moments build our community bond.
