This is what my classes are all about: finding joy in movement. We believe that when you have fun, your practice becomes magic. This video of our "bachpan yaad aa gaya" session captures the playful spirit we bring to the mat.

Acro yoga is a beautiful practice of trust and strength. Here, my students are working together, building not just physical power but also a strong bond. It’s challenging, but the connection you build is incredible.

My "Little Stars" kids' yoga batch is full of energy and smiles. I mix asanas with playful games to help children build strength, focus, and confidence. It's wonderful to see them grow on and off the mat.

Perfecting the pose means perfecting your practice. I provide hands-on corrections, like this one for Shashankasana, to ensure everyone practices safely and gets the most benefit from each asana, regardless of their experience level.

We connect with the roots of yoga through practices like Surya Namaskar with mantra chanting. This brings a deep sense of peace and energy, balancing the mind and body as we flow through the sequence together.

The spirit of our yoga community shines brightest when we come together. This moment from our International Yoga Day celebration shows the teamwork, fun, and support that defines our group sessions.

Using props like the yoga wheel helps you safely explore deeper backbends like Chakrasana. I guide my students to use these tools to improve flexibility and build confidence in challenging poses without risking injury.

I believe in breaking down advanced poses like Raja Kapotasana (King Pigeon Pose) step-by-step. In this video, I explain the technique and benefits, from opening the hips and shoulders to improving your overall flexibility.

For the little ones, we have our 'Little Stars' batch where games meet asanas, helping with posture and concentration. And for everyone else? We keep it lively. From partner acrobatics that build trust to simple chanting that clears your mind, we make yoga a part of your daily routine. No complex, intimidating poses without preparation; we build up to everything step-by-step. My goal is simple: Yog kariye, mast rahein, swasth rahein.
