About Outdoor & Community Events
When we take our practice out of the studio, the energy shifts completely. Whether we are in the park for International Yoga Day or performing together, these moments help you connect with fellow yogis outside the usual class routine. It is a chance to move, laugh, and celebrate without the pressure of getting every posture perfect.
Yoga is a community journey, not a solitary pursuit. In our outdoor and community events, we step away from structured studio drills to focus on the collective spirit of wellness. We frequently host open-air sessions at local Delhi parks, where the fresh air enhances our Pranayama practice and our group energy helps everyone feel more grounded.
These gatherings are designed to be inclusive, welcoming students of all ages—from our young 'Little Stars' to our senior practitioners. We use these platforms to celebrate traditional festivals like Holi and mark milestones like International Yoga Day. Watching my students come together for performances like the Ganesh Vandana or Shiv Shambho tributes is truly special. These events provide a platform for students to share their journey, overcome stage fright, and bond with peers they might not talk to during the busy routine of regular weekday classes.
If you have been feeling isolated in your practice or just want to meet like-minded people who value a healthy lifestyle, these community events are the perfect bridge. We focus on fun, support, and shared growth, ensuring that no one feels left behind. Check our upcoming schedule to join us for our next park session or festive celebration.

Namaste, I’m Jyoti. For me, yoga is a gift we give ourselves, but sharing it with a community makes it magic. I love taking my students out of the studio and into nature, where we laugh, practice, and celebrate life together.
