This is what my classes are all about: finding joy in movement. We believe that when you have fun, your practice becomes magic. This video of our "bachpan yaad aa gaya" session captures the playful spirit we bring to the mat.

Flowing into the weekend, Fun Friday style. Here we are practicing balance by walking with blocks on our heads, a playful way to improve posture and focus.

About Fun Fridays & Yoga Games

You might think yoga is all about perfect alignment, but in my studio, we prioritize movement that brings a smile to your face. We use props like blocks to challenge your balance in ways that feel like a game, effectively working your core and posture while you are busy laughing. It is the perfect way to reset after a long, stressful week of work.

Why stick to a rigid routine when you can move with joy? My Fun Friday classes are designed to break the monotony of a typical gym workout. We incorporate playful drills—like balancing blocks on your head or simple partner challenges—that build functional strength, coordination, and focus without the pressure of 'perfect' form.

Why Play Matters

Reconnecting with your inner child is a core part of my philosophy. We practice poses that remind us of childhood games, which helps release deep-seated tension and improves overall flexibility. It is not about looking good in a pose; it is about how you feel while you are in it.

Community & Connection

Yoga is better with friends. These themed sessions, from celebrating festivals like Holi to themed classes featuring music, create a supportive environment where students encourage each other. It makes the practice feel less like a solitary duty and more like a weekly celebration.
