How We Work
- I combine classic yoga with props like blocks, wheels, and sticks - makes poses easier if you’re new, or deeper if you’re not
- Expect arm balances, Hanuman Dand, and even handstands with wall support for building core strength
- Classes are hands-on. I’ll correct your posture and adjust you so you don’t get hurt
For All Levels
Doesn’t matter if you’ve never tried yoga. I offer beginner-friendly yoga for fitness, with step-by-step guidance and modifications. If you’re up for it, we do partner work and fun challenges - bachpan yaad aa gaya (feels like childhood again).

My Story
Namaste, I’m Jyoti from Delhi, Patanjali certified and yoga is mera jeevan (my life). Yoga, mere liye, ek gift hai jo hum khud ko dete hai. I’ve seen students skip surgery and heal just with practice. Best feeling ever! My classes? Not boring – we play, laugh, and sometimes feel like kids again. Family, friends, everyone joins in. My aim – har din nayi energy, naya balance. Yoga se hoga, pakka!

Yoga for Pain & Posture - I teach yoga for back pain relief, sciatica, posture, and even thyroid management. Real results, like pain gone, thyroid better.
Partner & Fun Yoga Classes - Classes include partner yoga, acro yoga, and fun yoga for kids. We play games, laugh, and support each other.
Personalised Approach - Main hamesha modifications batati hoon (I always give variations), use props, and make sure every student feels safe and included.
For Everyone - Chronic pain, thyroid, or just want to lose belly fat? My classes fit all age groups and needs. Regular practice, real changes.
