Yoga that Feels Like Play
I weave yoga into everyday fun for kids and families. My classes are more about laughter and imagination than strict routines. We use stories, games, and movement to help little ones feel at home on the mat. It's not about getting the pose perfect - it's about exploring what their bodies can do and building confidence along the way.
How We Practice Together
- Group sessions for kids: Think colourful mats, new friends, and creative poses. We keep things energetic and supportive.
- Storytelling yoga for children: Sometimes we become jungle animals, sometimes heroes from a story. Kids love acting out tales through movement - honestly, it makes the whole session fly by.
- Parent-child yoga classes: You and your child get to connect through partner poses and activities. These workshops are always a hit for creating family memories.
What Kids Learn (Without Even Realising)
- Mindful movement for kids: I add mini meditations and simple breathing exercises so kids pick up focus and calm, theek hai? (okay?)
- Emotional regulation for children: Yoga quietly teaches them to handle big feelings and work with others.
- Family bonding through yoga: Doing yoga together gives everyone a chance to slow down and have a bit of playful time that also feels good for the body.

My Story
Hey, I’m Meher – founder of Yoga Connect. I trained at Sivananda and picked up sound healing in Rishikesh. Took a detour to Melbourne, but honestly, couldn’t stay away from teaching yoga. So now I’m back in Delhi, dogs (Leo and Lyraa) and all, teaching from my studio. My mat’s my happy place, and I believe yoga can heal anyone. Join me, let’s just breathe, move, and find some peace together.
My Work
What I offer - Personalised yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Sivananda), sound healing meditation, pranayama, meditation, kids yoga, corporate sessions, retreats. In-person and online.
How I teach - No cookie-cutter stuff. Sessions are made for you, your goals, your time. We talk first, then move, breathe, eat right.
Sound Healing Magic - Tibetan bowls, chakra balancing therapy, and deep relaxation. Students call it a spa for the mind. Good for sleep and stress.
Who can join? - Anyone! Young adults, stressed folks, kids, teams. If you want to feel lighter, balanced, or just better, you fit in.
