Yoga isn’t just about bending or twisting for an hour. For me, it’s about keeping sharir ko swasth aur mann ko shant (body healthy, mind calm). With 20+ years of practice, I’ve seen everyone’s journey is different - and I’m still learning too.

Who Will Fit In?

You don’t have to be flexible, thin, or super fit. Can’t touch your toes? No tension. Whether you’re a total newbie, looking for yoga for beginners at home, or you’ve been practicing for years, I’ll meet you where you are.

How I Teach

No copy-paste routines here. I look at what your body needs and give you personal tips - alignment, form, props (even dupattas as straps if needed). Safety and comfort first, results will follow.

What to Expect in Class

  • Asanas for strength, flexibility, and balance
  • Pranayama to calm nerves, boost energy
  • Meditation - nothing fancy, just helping you focus and slow down
  • Sometimes, a bit of stretching and cardio to get your heart rate up

Where & When

  • Online live classes, so you can do yoga in your sala (living room) or bedroom
  • Group yoga class Kurla, Chembur, Chunabhatti - join the energy of a batch
  • Private sessions at home, with a plan just for you
  • Morning and evening yoga batches (Mon-Fri): early risers and late-comers, both covered

My Story

Hi, I’m Rajani Pawar. Yoga’s been my thing for over 20 years - not just work, it’s life. I keep learning, keep practicing, and watching students change is what keeps me going. Like ek student ne 11kg kam kiya and said, 'yoga majhya jeevanacha aadhar jhala' (yoga’s my life’s support) – that’s why I teach. Being a mom and teacher, I get daily stress. Yoga brings sukh shanti (peace and happiness) to me and my students. Awards are nice, but seeing our Kurla community grow is the real win.

My Work

Yoga & Fitness Classes - I teach Power Yoga for weight loss, Ashtang, Pilates, Prenatal Yoga, Naturopathy, AcroYoga, plus personal training.

Holistic Approach - My style is 'sahaj, saral, prabhavshali' (easy, simple, effective). Focus on mental, physical, spiritual health. 20+ years experience.

Tailored for All - Whether it’s PCOD, diabetes, pregnancy, or just stress, I help all levels. Real results – like 11kg lost in 3 months.

Flexible Joining Options - Morning/evening batches in Kurla or online. Personal training at home also available. Just join and feel the change.
