When a student comes to me feeling frustrated because they cannot touch their toes or hold a balance, I often share these reminders. My classes in Kurla are never about achieving a 'perfect' pose; they are about understanding your body and finding calm in the chaos. In my 20 years of teaching, I have learned that students often worry more about how a pose looks than how it feels. Whether we are in a group session at Prabodhan Prayog Ghar or working 1-on-1 at your home, my focus is always 'sahaj, saral, prabhavshali' (easy, simple, effective).
