I don't believe in one-size-fits-all routines. In my sessions, we focus on what your body actually needs, whether that means correcting your posture with gentle alignment cues, using simple household items like a dupatta as a yoga strap for support, or adapting flows for specific health concerns like PCOD or back pain. You will get direct, real-time feedback whether you join my morning batch in Kurla or log into our live online sessions.
My approach is 'sahaj, saral, prabhavshali' (easy, simple, effective). After two decades of practice, I have learned that yoga is not about perfection or being flexible enough to touch your toes on day one. It is about consistent movement that brings 'sukh shanti' (peace and happiness) to your mind and health to your body.

- Personalized Attention: I keep group batch sizes limited (15-25 students) so I can actually see your form and provide corrections, not just count repetitions.
- Adaptable Props: You do not need expensive gear. We use blocks when provided, but I teach you how to use water bottles for resistance or household items for support, making your practice sustainable at home.
- Holistic Health: My sessions mix Hatha, Power Yoga, and Ashtanga flows. We combine asanas for strength with Pranayama for nervous system regulation and meditation for focus.
How We Can Work Together
- Offline in Kurla & Chembur: Join our community batches at Prabodhan Prayog Ghar or Aamchi Shala. These sessions are perfect if you thrive on the energy of practicing with others.
- Live Online: If you cannot travel, I offer real-time, interactive Zoom and Meet classes. I provide verbal corrections to ensure you are safe and effective, just as if I were in the room with you.
- Personal Training: For those with specific injury rehab, medical needs, or time constraints, I conduct home visits across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area with a plan tailored specifically for your physiology.
