Yoga isn’t just exercise for me - it’s a way to tune into what’s happening inside. I really believe that Yoga se sab Hoga (Everything is possible with yoga). My sessions are for anyone wanting to find a bit more calm or clarity, whether you’re just starting out or have been practicing for years.
I mix asanas, pranayama, kriyas, meditation, chanting, and yoga nidra for a full-body and mind experience. My vibe is gentle and encouraging, never pushy. If you’ve got an old injury, feel tired, or need adjustments, I’ll always have a way for you to join in safely.
Yoga here isn’t just a workout. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and energy, but also work on stress relief, focus, and feeling grateful. Sabr aur Shukr (patience and gratitude) is the heart of my approach. Your journey, your pace - I’m just here to guide you.
