Yoga is more than just poses. Whether you are in Kurla or joining from home, I will help you master asanas and mudras that are sahaj (easy), saral (simple), and prabhavshali (effective) for your body.

About Learn the Practice: Asanas & Mudras
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all routines. In my sessions, we focus on your body's needs—whether that means using a dupatta as a strap for a deeper stretch, or modifying a pose to suit your specific flexibility level. It’s all about safe, effective alignment that works for you, rather than pushing for a perfect image that doesn't match your current strength.
Building Your Foundation
Learning asanas and mudras is about connecting with your body, not just mimicking what you see on a screen. With over 20 years of practice, I focus on correcting form so you get the benefits of the pose without risk of injury. Whether we are doing a dynamic Surya Namaskar or a grounding Vrikshasana, my priority is ensuring you understand the 'why' behind the movement.
My Approach to Practice
- Safe Alignment: I provide verbal corrections to ensure your posture is safe for your joints and spine.
- Prop Support: We use blocks, belts, and even everyday household items like water bottles or dupattas to make advanced poses accessible.
- Mental Focus: We don't just move; we breathe. I integrate Pranayama and Mudras—like Dyan or Linga Mudra—to help calm your mind, improve digestion, and manage stress.
- No Copy-Paste: My routines change based on who is in the room. If we are focusing on PCOD, weight loss, or back pain, the asanas change to support that goal.
Join a Session
I conduct group classes in Kurla, Chembur, and Chunabhatti, and live interactive classes for those at home. You don't need to be thin or super flexible to start—you just need to show up. We practice Hatha, Ashtanga flows, and therapeutic movements designed to build strength and inner peace.
