About Deepen Your Practice: Meditation & Workshops
Most people think meditation requires hours of sitting in perfect stillness, but my approach is built on practical tools you can start using today. Whether we are harnessing the energy of a full moon or doing simple mirror work to tackle self-criticism, the goal is to shift your mindset in a single hour without needing any prior experience.
Meditation as a Practical Tool
Yoga is often seen as a physical practice, but the mental work is where the real change happens. I started these dedicated workshops because my students needed more than just asanas to manage the stress of city life. These sessions are about 'mental hygiene'—learning to hit the pause button on anxiety and reconnect with yourself.
What You Will Experience
We focus on accessible techniques that fit into a busy schedule:
- Mirror Work: A powerful practice I use to help you confront self-criticism, build self-love, and improve your relationship with yourself.
- Full Moon Sessions: These are communal, grounding events where we use lunar energy to set intentions, release negativity, and prepare for the cycle ahead.
- Guided Mindfulness: Simple, guided breathing and relaxation techniques designed to lower your heart rate and calm a busy mind.
Flexible Participation
These workshops are designed to meet you where you are. You can join our offline sessions at community halls in Kurla, where the group energy supports your practice, or tune into our interactive Zoom sessions from your own living room. No fancy equipment is required—just a quiet space and a willingness to be present. Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your existing practice, these workshops provide a safe space to breathe, reset, and grow.
YogaWithRajani
I'm Rajani. I started these meditation workshops because my yoga students needed more than physical exercise to manage their daily stress. It is not about sitting in silence for hours; it is about learning practical tools like mirror work to be kinder to yourself, even when life feels chaotic.
