Yoga Is Freedom, Not Just Fitness
Yoga for me is azaadi (freedom) from body and mind ki bandhan (bondages). It’s not about fancy clothes or showing off - real growth comes only from practice. I always say, Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (the world is one family), and my classes feel more like a community than a typical workout.
What Happens in Class
We dive into the basics of body alignment, anatomy, and philosophy so you get more than just poses. You’ll see steady changes in your flexibility and strength, if you keep showing up. I teach the authentic way - adapting old-school yoga for today’s busy lives.

My Story
12 years back, I left drugs, started from zero. Now, fear’s gone - I just live. Yoga’s my life, not just a mat thing. Mountains, rivers, forts - I do inversions anywhere, crazy solo treks too. गड किल्ले एकांतात पाहणे, that’s magic (seeing forts alone, unforgettable). Bow my head to Shiv Shambhu, always. Want to laugh, dance, love myself, no regrets. If today’s last day, I’ll say - kya zindagi thi yaar, I love you God. Grateful for everyone in this mad ride.

Beyond Just Asanas - Fat loss, fitness, sure, but real thing is mind-body stability. We include pranayama and Shuddhi Kriyas for full yogic experience.
