About Find Your Class: Schedules & Info
I do not believe in one-size-fits-all routines. Whether you join my morning sessions at Prabodhan Prayog Ghar or log into our live Zoom classes, I watch your alignment and offer verbal corrections in real-time. It is not about how deep you stretch, but how safely you move towards your health goals.
Finding the Right Batch
I offer three distinct ways to practice, each designed to fit into your busy life. If you are in Kurla, Chembur, or Chunabhatti, we have offline group batches where the community energy is high. If you need flexibility, our live interactive online classes allow you to practice from your living room with real-time form guidance.
Where We Practice
- Offline Group Classes: We conduct sessions at Prabodhan Prayog Ghar and Aamchi Shala, Chembur. These non-AC halls are community-focused with 15-25 students per batch.
- Online Live Classes: Held via Zoom or Google Meet, these are perfect for those who want quality instruction without the travel time.
- Personal Training: I offer home visits across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, including Tilak Nagar and surrounding areas, specifically for injury rehab or focused medical needs.
What to Expect
My curriculum focuses on Hatha and Power Yoga, with basic Ashtanga flows thrown in to keep things dynamic. Beginners do not need to worry about flexibility; we provide blocks and use household items for support. Safety is our priority.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide class recordings? No. I believe in live, two-way interaction so I can correct your form as you move. This ensures you do not hurt yourself.
What do I need to bring? For offline classes, just yourself and a water bottle. We provide foam blocks. For online classes, you need your own mat and a device with a clear camera view.
Are there batches for beginners? Yes. I keep my groups inclusive. Whether you are 18 or 60, we focus on where your body is today, not where you think it should be.
