After my delivery, my body felt like it belonged to someone else. Weight gain, constant tiredness, and back pain toh roz ka ho gaya tha (back pain became a daily thing). Standing for long? Forget it, my feet would start hurting. Yoga was my turning point. Every session, thoda thoda farak padta gaya (I started feeling a bit better each day). That’s why I’m here - to share what actually worked for me.
How I Teach Weight Loss Yoga
No crash diets, no crazy workouts. I focus on inch loss yoga routines and building strength, not just dropping numbers on a scale. My sessions are about feeling lighter, calmer, and more energetic. We work on toning, flexibility, and a peaceful mind. If you’re looking for yoga for postpartum weight loss or want to manage PCOS naturally, you’ll find my approach gentle but effective.
Who Should Join?
I’ve made these classes for women, especially new moms. You don’t need any yoga experience. If you want to lose weight the healthy way, tackle hormonal issues, or just feel good in your own skin, you’ll fit right in.
What Happens in Class?
- Live online sessions (Google Meet)
- Small groups for personal attention
- Warm-up, Pranayama, Power Yoga, Ashtanga, and some cardio
- Targeted poses for belly, waist, thighs, arms
- End with meditation
Flexible Timings
Classes run Monday to Friday, 1 hour each. Morning and evening batches available.

My Story
Hey new moms, Sakshi here. I know how it feels after delivery - body changes, mind changes, back pain that just won’t quit. Mere saath bhi hua tha (it happened to me too). I felt weak, guilty, lost. Then I tried simple yoga, just 10 minutes a day, and slowly, I started feeling strong again. My belly poonch shrunk, my energy came back. That’s why I started my studio - to share these gentle moves and help you heal, just like I did.

Gentle Flows for Healing - Special beginner-friendly sessions. We start with Sukshm Vyayam, build strength slowly, safe for c-section & normal delivery.
