Yoga looks pretty chill online, but let me keep it real - it’s hard work. I won’t sugarcoat it, and I don’t do Insta-yogi fluff. You’ll sweat, you’ll curse under your breath some days, but you’ll notice what starts changing inside. That’s why I show up on the mat, and why I ask you to do the same.

Why I Keep Coming Back to the Mat

When life feels like too much, I use yoga to get my head clear and my body moving. For me, it’s not about chasing some “perfect body.” The actual win is feeling more at peace, more focused, more steady - on and off the mat. Breath and movement are my tools for shutting out the noise.

What My Classes Are Like

  • Each class is 60-minutes, straight up - no shortcuts
  • We start with alignment focused yoga instruction using Hatha basics, so you know how and why every pose works
  • Once you’re steady, we flow into beginner hatha yoga sessions, with classic sequences like Surya Namaskar to build heat and energy
  • Every class ends with pranayama (breathwork) and guided meditation for proper wind-down and deep chill

My Story

Hey, I’m Tara. People think aerial yoga is all about those Insta-perfect moves, but trust me, it’s sweat and struggle behind the scenes. Nearly wrecked my neck once! Yoga’s my way to shut out the world and tune in. Building an aerial tribe in Mumbai is my jam. We moan, we laugh, we push past our limits. If you want spicy flows and a gang that backs you up, come join us.

My Work

What I teach - Aerial Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Aerial Pilates. Group classes, private lessons, workshops, even office sessions to de-stress.

How my classes feel - Tough-love, lots of laughs, and sometimes a crazy routine. We’re a community, not just a class.
