Many students come to me asking for quick weight loss, but I tell them the same thing: we do not focus on crash diets or unsustainable weight loss. We focus on fat loss. In my classes, we look at your specific needs—whether it is PCOD, back pain, or simply high stress—and adjust the asanas accordingly. You do not need to be flexible to start; you just need to show up and move with me.
