I’ve seen that weekly yoga classes give you a base, but sometimes you just hit a point where you want to dive deeper. My specialized yoga workshops are for those moments when you need more than the usual - whether it’s exploring pranayama breathwork, learning rope yoga alignment, or going through a proper yogic cleansing kriya training.

    Eight days, online or at my Bengaluru center. Covers stress reduction, focus, and the science behind breath. Open to all levels, even teachers.

  • Rope Yoga Alignment Class (Yoga Kurunta)
    Iyengar style, using ropes to support and refine posture. Spinal decompression, safer inversions, and more confidence in your movement. Only at the center, weekends, small groups.

  • Intensive Yoga Immersion (Awakening Workshop)
    Two days offline. Not about perfect poses but about finding what’s inside you. Only for those ready to get real with themselves.

  • Yogic Cleansing Kriya Training
    Sunday morning, 2.5 hours. Learn Jala Neti and Sutra Neti. Natural ways to clear allergies, sinuses, and boost your senses.

  • Face Yoga for Stress Relief (Prasanna Vadanam)

My Story

Started off as an IIT engineer, but somehow yoga pulled me in. Did my MTech at IIT Hyderabad, dived into Heritage Science, mixed tech with yoga. But honestly, the real engineering? It’s inside. That’s why Yogavijnana exists – it’s not just asanas, it’s exploring the science within. My Prasanna Vadanam (radiant face) workshop came from seeing folks hold tension in their faces. For me, my own practice rules my schedule, not the other way. Even 10 minutes daily can flip your world.
