I was truly blessed to receive the Yoga Chikitsa Acharya recognition from two legendary figures in the field, Ma Hansaji Yogendra and Dr. Nagarathna. This honor motivates me to continue sharing the transformative power of yoga.

About this collection

Yoga is a collective path, not just a solitary practice. I actively seek feedback from every workshop participant and event attendee—whether it is our 'Yoga Vichara' talks on neuroscience or our 'Prāṇa Sañjīvini' senior programs—to ensure our community gatherings remain grounded, relevant, and effective for your personal growth.

At Yogavijnana, I believe that authentic growth happens in community. My approach is to move beyond the physical mat and into the deeper dimensions of yoga through structured events and open dialogue. This gallery highlights how we bring these principles to life.

Our Community Initiatives

We regularly host 'Yoga Vichara' sessions, where we invite experts to break down complex topics, such as the neuroscience of Pranayama. These are not just lectures but spaces for inquiry, designed for those who want to understand the 'why' behind the practice. Similarly, initiatives like 'Prāṇa Sañjīvini' were started to bring the life-enhancing benefits of breathwork specifically to senior citizens in our Bengaluru community. These programs prioritize safety and efficacy over rigid performance.

Recognition and Standards

While awards are external, receiving recognition like 'Yoga Chikitsa Acharya' from senior masters reinforces the responsibility I feel toward maintaining the integrity of these teachings. These moments are shared here because they represent the trust my mentors and students place in me, which fuels my commitment to continuous learning.

Why Your Feedback Matters

I treat my programs as living things. I often reach out individually to students in the early stages of a workshop because I want to know exactly what is working and what isn't. If you join us, expect a dialogue. We use your input to refine our sequences, event formats, and teaching methods. Whether it is an intimate workshop at our Chandra Layout center or a larger community event, the goal is always the same: providing a space where you can learn, question, and evolve.
