Post-Workout Meal
- Menu: Full South Indian breakfast including 2 Idlis or Pongal, 1 Vada, and Khara Bath (Upma).
- Sides: Served with Sambar and Chutney.
- Beverage: Hot filter coffee or tea provided in paper cups.
- Service: Buffet style with eco-friendly plates.

- Audio: Professional PA system ensures instructions are audible outdoors.
- Gear: Participants must bring their own yoga mats and towels.

- Supervision: Led personally by a Certified Dietician and Yoga Therapist to monitor safety.

- Duration: 90 minutes typically scheduled on weekends.

- Guidance: Step-by-step direction on saline water consumption and specific digestion-aiding postures.

Aftercare

I run these Yoga & Wellness Workshops to help you go beyond your daily practice and dive into something deeper, together with others. Each session is built around a theme - sometimes it’s a festival, sometimes just a Sunday - but always a chance to try something new or intense.
What Happens Here
- Our Yogathon Challenge is all about 108 Surya Namaskars. It’s tough, but you’ll feel a different kind of energy by the end. We usually do it outdoors - feels good, honestly, even if you’re tired.
- Guided meditation events like candle gazing (Trataka) or live music mantra sessions. Sometimes we even get musicians in for nada meditation. People say these are proper mind detoxes.
- Group yoga detox sessions using simple water therapy. Not fancy, but you’ll feel lighter, for real.
- We sometimes bring in other experts - last time, we mixed meditation with acupuncture. That combo surprised a lot of folks.
Who Can Join & How
Doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or you’ve been doing yoga for years. I keep it open for all ages. You can join us in our Bangalore studio or online - we’ve had people from everywhere, even Argentina.
What It Means To Me

My Story
Namaste, we’re San Yoga Studio, but really, we’re a family. Swasth Arogya Nilaya is our home for holistic health. Yoga isn’t just stretching here – it’s healing, celebrating, living fully. We’ve seen a 73-year-old climb 862 steps, students doing 108 Surya Namaskars and feeling young again. Our community celebrates festivals, supports causes, and chants for soldiers. Chaitanya, Spoorthy, Prachodana – that’s our vibe. Join us, live life the San Yoga way.
