Yoga isn’t just something I do on a mat - it’s part of daily living, from how I start my day to what I say to myself before bed. My workshops aren’t one-size-fits-all. I’ve built them for people who want yoga that actually fits their lives, not just another routine.
Face yoga, for me, is like pooje (worship) but for your face. I mix muscle exercises, pranayama, meditation, and yoga nidra so your skin feels alive, not just stretched. It’s about more than looking good - it’s about feeling good inside out. You’ll notice less tension, a brighter face, and maybe softer lines around your eyes. All sessions are online, and we meet every night Monday to Friday, so you can fit it into your routine, no matter where you are.
Pregnancy and motherhood are sacred - not always easy, but worth every moment. I’m a certified antenatal yoga teacher with an MSc in Yoga, and I use what I learned from my Gurus plus modern science to guide you safely. We practice in-person at my center in Basaveshwar Nagar, Bengaluru. It’s a space to connect with your body, your breath, and your baby.
I believe in showing up, putting in your best, and letting go of the rest. Practice, detach, and let the results come naturally. Universe is yours, if you let it be. Jai Anjaneya.
