What I Offer
I run specialized yoga workshops for anyone wanting to go deeper than regular classes. For me, yoga is about connecting your own self with something bigger. These sessions are a space to slow down, pay attention, and really grow.
Workshop Highlights
- Partner yoga sessions: We pair up, help each other with alignment, and build trust. It’s fun, especially for friends or couples.
- Yoga nidra guided relaxation: You just lie down and follow my voice. It’s all about letting go and finding proper rest. Sometimes I do free sessions for this.
- Corporate yoga workshops: I design sessions for offices, schools, or private groups. We can do “Relax, Focus & Breathe” at your workplace or even outdoors. Themes are flexible - you tell me what your group needs.
- Yoga for children: I love working with kids. My sessions are playful, simple, and help them move and stretch in a way that feels natural.
- Surya Namaskara challenge: Occasionally, I host a 108 Surya Namaskara event. It’s tough, but feels amazing when you finish.
- Custom workshops for dancers and artists: If you’re a performer, I help you understand your body better and stretch your limits.
How We Practice
You can join me at my studio in Sahakarnagar, Bangalore, online, or I can come to your location in Bangalore. I keep things flexible so you get what works for you.
My Approach
My teacher always said, “Oduva munche nillu” (Pause before you overtake). Slowing down is part of the process. Getting your posture right is half the work - the rest is about showing up and sticking with it. That’s what these workshops are for.

Namaste! I'm Bindu. Yoga for me is not just poses, it's a soul journey, a way to bring more light inside and outside. My teacher once said, 'Slow down before you overtake.' I live by that. I love practicing by the lake, playing my sitar, and sharing yoga with others. Teaching Anuradha's dance students was pure joy. Hope we meet on the mat - wishing you happiness and light always.
My Work
Yoga classes and workshops - I teach daily yoga, both online and at my Sahakarnagar studio - group sessions, Partner Yoga classes, Nidra Yoga, and retreats in Ladakh.
Step-by-step practice - We do asanas together, from simple to tough, like my 100 asanas in 100 days series. Alignment and consistency matter.
Yoga for all bodies and ages - You can be young, old, gym-lover or runner. We work on back strength, hip opening yoga practices, and building core.
