- Duration: Access to weekend morning sessions for 1 month (8 sessions total, Sat & Sun).
- Timing: Early morning slots (approx. 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM) to align with Brahma Muhurta.
- Level: Advanced/Corrective tune-up for those already initiated into Isha Hatha Yoga practices (Surya Kriya, Angamardana).
Technical Guidance
- Geometry Check: Detailed scrutiny of asana alignment, including foot placement and spine curvature.
- Breathing Nuances: Correction of breathing patterns during transitions often missed in home practice.
- Adjustments: Hands-on physical adjustments to push the body into the correct posture.
Studio Environment
- Venue: Tattva Hatha Yoga Center (Doddakallasandra).
- Setting: Clean, tiled hall with natural ventilation and minimalist decor focused on silence.
- Support: Post-practice Q&A regarding Satvic diet, sleep routine, and accountability checks.

My Story
People always ask, 'What do you want to become?' Honestly, my life’s a bit of a mix-up. Loved maths, became a programmer, but yoga? Never saw that coming. Trekking in the hills, chai in kulhad, lone walks, old drawings, Bharatanatyam... I find peace in small things. A sadhu once told me, 'yaad na rakho aapka.. sankalp chahiye' (don’t remember yourself… you need will). That stuck. Door un pahadiyon mein kuch to basta hai. Vahin mere sukoon ka rasta hai. (Something’s in those hills. That’s my way to peace.)
