I see regular classes as the starting point, but there comes a time when you want to go deeper. My specialized yoga workshops are for anyone who feels the urge to explore yoga as more than just movement. This is where information turns into real, lived knowledge.
What We Explore
- Pranayama Sadhana: We get into advanced pranayama training, moving past basic asanas to really understand breath and subtle energy. These are intensive, only twice a year, available online or in-person in Whitefield. Expect a mix of practice and open, no-filter discussion.
- Themed Asana Workshops: Each month, we pick a focus - maybe something challenging like Hanumanasana or backbends. It’s about the journey, not nailing a perfect pose. We break things down, have fun, and sometimes things get sweaty.
- Yoga Teacher Skill-Building: If you teach, I run hands-on adjustment and other workshops to help you grow with confidence. No jargon, just useful stuff you can use right away.
- Relief-Focused & Community Yoga Events: Sometimes it’s about healing - like workshops for back pain or breathing issues. Other times, it’s about the community - free sessions, Women’s Day events, whatever brings people together.
