I see yoga as a logical, step-by-step process, not a shortcut to quick stress relief. With an engineering background, I break down each practice for your team so they know why we do what we do. It's not about chasing instant meditation but building real, lasting well-being at work using both ancient wisdom and modern science.

  • Wellness talks and webinars that go deeper into the science and philosophy behind what we do - stuff like how breathing affects your brain, or how to actually fit mindfulness into a packed schedule.

My Story

Started off as an IIT engineer, but somehow yoga pulled me in. Did my MTech at IIT Hyderabad, dived into Heritage Science, mixed tech with yoga. But honestly, the real engineering? It’s inside. That’s why Yogavijnana exists – it’s not just asanas, it’s exploring the science within. My Prasanna Vadanam (radiant face) workshop came from seeing folks hold tension in their faces. For me, my own practice rules my schedule, not the other way. Even 10 minutes daily can flip your world.
