Sometimes the regular flow just isn’t enough. I set up these focused workshops for anyone ready to get a bit more real with their practice - whether you want to understand your changing body or just want to play and try something new. It’s less about doing everything “perfect” and more about being curious and open.

What Happens Here

Types of Workshops

  • Yoga & Ayurveda for Menopause: We talk about all things perimenopause, mixing yogic wisdom with Ayurveda. Expect practical tools, targeted asanas, calming breathwork, plus some easy home tips. This is yoga for hormone balance, not just more sun salutations.
  • Acro Yoga Workshop: Want to try acro yoga for beginners? Get ready to laugh, wobble, and team up. It’s about connection, not perfection. Some folks land on their butts, and that’s half the fun.
  • Yin Yoga & Yin/Yang Flow: Need a pause? These “weekend retreat” style sessions offer deep release with long-held poses, mixing slow and gentle with a bit of heat, perfect for a reset.

My Story

Started this journey back in 2015. My mat’s always been my escape, my therapy, especially when life gets noisy. When lockdown hit, Nikaya Yoga went online—suddenly, our yogatribe stretched from Bangalore to LA. I’ve watched folks ditch painkillers, trust their bodies again. Retreats in places like Bhutan? Pure magic. For me, yoga’s not just poses—it’s about finding joy, introspection, even when life throws curveballs.
