Personalized & Online Yoga Sessions
Forget cookie-cutter routines. Whether you join me in my Panchsheel Park studio or connect via Zoom, we build a practice around your body, your goals, and your energy. Let's find your balance together.
A look into a personalized one on one yoga session at a client's home. I tailor these classes to focus on specific goals, like improving back flexibility with Bhujangasana.
Guiding a client into Savasana, or corpse pose, at the end of a private session. We often use a candle to create a calming atmosphere for deep relaxation.
This is what my online yoga classes look like. I guide students through their practice over Zoom, providing real time feedback and adjustments just like an in person class.

About this collection
When we start a private session, we don't just jump into asanas. I like to have a quick chat first to see how your energy is that day or if you're nursing an injury. This lets me adapt the flow, whether you need a gentle Hatha practice or something more dynamic, to make sure it actually feels good for you, theek hai?
Yoga isn't one-size-fits-all, and your practice shouldn't be either. My private sessions, both in-person at my Panchsheel Park studio and live via Zoom, are designed to give you exactly what your body needs at that moment.
Why Personalized Yoga?
If you have been struggling with a specific issue, like back pain or stress-related fatigue, a generic group class might not give you the modifications you need. In our one-on-one sessions, we focus on alignment and breathwork tailored specifically to you. We can explore Hatha for grounding, Vinyasa for movement, or even incorporate Sivananda styles if that helps you feel more balanced.
Practicing Online With Real Feedback
I know the hesitation with online classes, but my Zoom sessions are different. I keep the batch sizes small and my eyes on the screen, providing verbal cues and alignment corrections in real-time. It feels as close to an in-studio experience as possible, allowing you to practice from your living room without compromising on form or safety.
Integrating Sound Healing
Many of my private students choose to end their sessions with a sound bath. Using Tibetan singing bowls during Savasana helps shift stagnant energy and brings a deeper layer of relaxation that you just cannot get from movement alone. If you are looking to truly disconnect and find some mental clarity, this combination of asana and sound is transformative.
Let’s chat about your goals. We can start small, be consistent, and see how your body and mind respond. Thoda time toh dena padega, but the shift in your energy will be worth it.
