My Yoga Philosophy and Practice
For me, yoga is a way of life that balances your mind, body, and soul. Whether you are new to the mat or a seasoned practitioner, my classes focus on your individual energy, not just repeating poses.
A warm welcome to Yoga Connect. In this video, I share a bit about my teaching philosophy, the different styles of yoga I offer, and how you can join my classes.
In this live session, I answer frequently asked questions about yoga. I cover topics like the physical and mental benefits, how yoga helps with stress, and its role in weight management.
Meditating in my personal practice space. I believe in surrendering to the universe and trusting the journey, and yoga is the path that shows the way to inner peace.
Meditating in a lush forest in Australia. Taking time to sit in nature, connect with my breath, and feel the 'Om' within is essential to my practice.
A moment of deep connection with myself and the natural world around me. This is the stability, purity, and power that yoga brings.
Practicing a standing leg stretch on a cliff overlooking the sea. This pose, an extension of the leg, challenges balance and improves flexibility in the hamstrings.
Moving into Chakrasana, or wheel pose, with the ocean as my backdrop. This powerful backbend opens the heart and energizes the entire body.
About this collection
Before we even step onto the mat, I like to have a quick chat about your specific goals—whether you are working through an injury, trying to manage daily stress, or looking to build strength. My sessions in Panchsheel Park and online are built around you, not a fixed script. We combine Hatha and Ashtanga flows with intentional breathwork and always finish with sound healing, so you leave feeling genuinely reset.
Yoga is a practice of consistency. Thoda time toh dena padega—you have to give it some time to see the benefits, like clearer skin, a calmer mind, and a lighter body. When you join my sessions, we aren't just doing a workout; we are looking at your lifestyle, diet, and how you breathe.
My studio in Panchsheel Park is designed to be your sanctuary. We use wooden flooring and climate control so you can focus entirely on the practice. I rotate styles including Hatha, Sivananda, and Vinyasa to keep your body challenged and your mind engaged.
One of the most meaningful parts of my teaching is incorporating sound healing. By using Tibetan singing bowls, we create vibrations that go deep into the body’s energy centers. Many of my students describe this as a spa for the mind—it is incredibly effective for releasing blocked emotions, managing anxiety, and improving sleep.
If you are looking for a personal connection rather than a crowded gym class, I am here. I limit my group sessions to 8-12 people to ensure I can provide hands-on alignment corrections. For those who cannot make it to the studio, I offer live Zoom sessions with real-time feedback, so you can practice with me from anywhere in the world.
Meher Munjal
Hi, I am Meher. I believe yoga is a path to healing that starts on the mat but flows into your daily life. My studio in Panchsheel Park is a space where we leave the chaos outside, focus on the breath, and use sound healing to truly unblock the energy that gets stuck during our busy weeks.
