In our sessions, we do not just hold poses, we focus on alignment and breathwork to ensure you are actually feeling the benefits, not just going through the motions. If you join my group classes in Panchsheel Park, you will find a small, supportive batch where I can actually see your form and help you adjust, so you do not pick up bad habits.
How We Practice
Yoga is about finding that reset button for your nervous system. In my studio, we mix Hatha, Vinyasa, and the foundational Sivananda styles. It is not just about flexibility; it is about building sustainable strength. We start with asana flow, but the real magic happens in the breathwork and the final relaxation.
The Sound Healing Experience
Most of my group classes integrate sound healing, using Tibetan singing bowls at the end of the session. Think of it as a spa for the mind. If you are struggling with sleep or just feeling mentally drained from the daily grind in Delhi, the vibrations help unblock that heavy energy and bring you back to center. It is something you really have to experience once to understand.
Finding Your Fit
- Group Classes: My batches in Panchsheel Park are kept small (8-12 students). This allows me to give you the personal attention you would miss in a massive gym class.
- Private Sessions: If you have an injury, a specific goal like weight loss, or just prefer your own space, we can do 1-on-1 sessions. I can come to you, or you can come to the studio.
- Online Yoga: If you are not in Delhi or just prefer the comfort of home, I run live Zoom classes. We keep the two-way video on so I can still give you verbal cues and corrections.
A Little Note on Consistency
I always tell my students: thoda time toh dena padega (you have to give it some time). Yoga works best when you are regular.
