We use what you have—props like blocks or bolsters—and I teach you how to use them to deepen your practice safely. My approach blends Hatha, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga, but the focus is always functional: improving your mobility, managing your stress, and ensuring you get a proper workout without needing to commute.

Currently, I provide these home sessions across Gurgaon and South Delhi. We start with an initial assessment to understand your flexibility limits and health concerns. From there, we create a consistent 3-day-a-week schedule that works for your lifestyle. This is not just about doing yoga.
