When you book a home session, you aren't getting a generic class from a video. I look at how your body moves that specific day—whether you are stiff from sitting at a desk or dealing with an old injury—and we adjust the asanas accordingly. We use your furniture or walls to get the alignment right, with the kind of hands-on corrections that simply don't happen in group studios.

Your Body, Your Pace

Yoga isn't about looking flexible for Instagram. It is about fixing what's broken, whether that's back pain, stress, or just a lack of energy. As a Ministry of Ayush certified therapist, I don't just teach poses. I assess your physical needs. If you have cervical issues or sciatica, we use modified asanas with props like bolsters and chairs to keep you safe.

Partner Yoga

Partner yoga is a tool to build trust and deepen the stretch. It is not just about fun photos. It requires communication and coordination. We practice assisted Chakrasana or standing balances where you learn to balance not just yourself, but your weight against another person. It changes how you perceive your body's strength.
