About this collection
I keep these sessions small, with a limit of 8 to 12 students per batch, so I can focus on your alignment and individual progress. We rotate between Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa flows to keep your practice interesting, and every single class ends with a guided sound healing session to help you deeply relax.

What We Cover
We don't do cookie-cutter routines here. Each session is a blend of:
- Asana Flows: We move through Hatha, Ashtanga, Sivananda, and Power Yoga. Whether you need to build heat or focus on flexibility, we have a day for it.
- Breathwork (Pranayama): This is the foundation. We use the breath to ground your nervous system and bring clarity to your day.
- Sound Healing: This is a signature part of our classes. We close every session with Tibetan Singing Bowls to clear energy centers and help you let go of stress.
The Studio Experience
Your comfort matters. The studio is climate-controlled with wooden flooring, so you don't have to worry about the Delhi heat or cold. We provide all the necessary props—mats, foam blocks, straps, and bolsters—so you can just walk in, unroll your mat, and get started.
We focus on safe, effective movement. If you are struggling with a posture, I am there to provide verbal corrections or hands-on adjustments. It is all about finding what works for your body, at your pace. Thoda time toh dena padega, but with regular practice, you will see the change in how you feel.
