Sound Healing & Deep Meditation

I use the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls to help you disconnect from the noise, balance your energy centers, and find a deep state of calm. It is a powerful way to reset your nervous system.

A moment of deep relaxation for my students from Armenia during a sound healing session. The Tibetan bowls help calm the mind and balance the body's energy.

A private sound healing session where Tibetan bowls are placed around the body. The vibrations from the bowls travel through the body to release tension and balance the chakras.

This video from my Dehradun retreat shows how we incorporate mantra meditation with live music. The vibrations of the mantras and instruments bring a deep sense of peace and balance.

About this collection

People often ask me if they need to be 'spiritual' to try sound healing, and the answer is simply no. You just need to lie down in Savasana while the vibrations of the Tibetan bowls do the work. I personally use these sessions for students struggling with sleep or high work stress, as the sound waves help shift the nervous system from a constant state of alertness into deep, restorative rest.

Tuning into your inner frequency

Sound healing is not just about listening to a nice sound. When I strike the Tibetan bowls, the vibrations interact with your body’s energy centers. Think of it as a massage for your nervous system. In my Panchsheel Park studio, we have the space set up with specific props like bolsters and blankets to ensure you are comfortable while you lie in Savasana. When your body is completely supported, the sound can penetrate deeper, helping to release the tension you might be holding in your shoulders or jaw.

Why it works

Most of us live in a state of high output. We are always doing, thinking, or planning. These sessions are the opposite. They are about 'being.' Whether you are dealing with burnout, sleep issues, or just need to clear your mind, these vibrations help you get out of your head and back into your body. We often work on chakra balancing, which is just a way of saying we are removing the energetic blocks that make you feel heavy or anxious.

What to expect in a session

We start with a bit of movement or breathwork to settle in, but the main event is the sound bath. You lie down, you close your eyes, and I move around the room with the bowls. Some students feel a tingling sensation, some fall asleep immediately, and others have emotional releases—all of these are perfectly normal. It is your time to recharge. If you are new to this, do not worry about 'doing it right.' Just show up, be kind to yourself, and let the sound do the rest. Theek hai?
