About this collection

When we practice outdoors, we use the environment to ground ourselves, but it does require some preparation. While I usually bring the necessary props, I always tell my students to check the weather and bring an extra layer for the final relaxation, because the temperature drops quickly once we stop moving. Theek hai?

Practicing yoga outdoors changes the entire experience. Inside a studio, we focus on precise alignment and internal awareness. Outside, you are connected to the earth, the breeze, and the ambient sounds of nature, which naturally helps in grounding the mind and balancing your energy.

I host these community sessions to make wellness accessible to everyone. Whether you are a regular practitioner or someone who has never touched a mat, there is a place for you. We focus on gentle asanas, pranayama, and fluid movements that allow you to soak in the surroundings while building strength.

Things to keep in mind for our park sessions:

  • Comfort: Dress in breathable layers. Even on warm days, the air can get cool during our deep relaxation phase at the end of class.
  • Preparation: I bring mats for the group, but if you have a personal one you prefer, please bring it along.
  • Consistency: These classes are designed to be a regular part of your week. Showing up consistently helps you tap into the benefits, like a clearer mind and a lighter body. Theek hai?
