Media Features, Podcasts, and Wellness Events
I am grateful for the opportunities to share my practice, from newspaper features on mental health to expert advice on TV and podcasts. Here is a look at where I have shared my journey.
I was so grateful to be featured in the Hindustan Times for my work with 'Yoga for the mind'. It's wonderful to see the mental and emotional benefits of yoga being highlighted.
A full view of the HT City Delhi newspaper feature on International Day of Yoga. My quote focused on how yoga has helped young adults improve their mental health.
My work with sound healing was featured in The Morning Standard. The article, "Soothing Sounds for the Soul," explores how this therapy uses instruments to heal the mind and body.
A thumbnail from a podcast where I discussed how yoga can heal your gut. The connection between gut health, diet, and yoga is a topic I am very passionate about.
Another graphic from my podcast appearance, this one titled "Yoga Can Heal You." We had a deep conversation about the holistic healing power of a consistent yoga practice.
A clip from my appearance on the Doordarshan show 'Fit India Healthy India'. I demonstrated and explained yoga asanas for knee pain and care.
About this collection
When I speak on podcasts or get featured in the news, my message is always the same: yoga is a practical tool for your daily life. Whether I am explaining knee pain relief on Doordarshan or discussing the gut-brain connection, I focus on how you can use these ancient techniques to handle real-world stress. It is not about perfect poses, but about how you feel when you step off the mat.
For me, being featured in publications like the Hindustan Times or appearing on platforms like Doordarshan is not about the spotlight. It is about reaching more people who might need a reset. When I talk about 'Yoga for the Mind' or how sound healing can soothe the nervous system, I am trying to bridge the gap between ancient wisdom and the fast-paced lives we lead in Delhi and beyond.
Why I Share My Practice
Yoga, pranayama, and sound healing often get packaged as complicated spiritual concepts. My goal in these interviews is to simplify them.
- Mental Health & Yoga: I often discuss how consistent practice creates a buffer against burnout. My work with young adults focuses on using asana flows to regulate the nervous system.
- Sound Healing: In features like the one in The Morning Standard, I explain how Tibetan bowls are not just instruments, but tools to shift energy and unblock stuck feelings.
- Practical Wellness: On podcasts, I love diving into the connection between nutrition, gut health, and yoga. It is all related. If you eat right and breathe right, your body follows.
If you have caught one of these clips or read an article, you know that my teaching style is built on consistency and kindness to yourself. Whether you are looking for specific injury management, like knee care, or just want to find a quiet space in the city, the approach remains the same: we work with what you have today, and we move from there. ठीक है?
