Why choose one-on-one sessions? Because every body is different. When we work together privately, we aren't limited by the collective energy of a group. We go at your speed. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain, trying to master a challenging inversion like a handstand, or simply want to understand the basics of Hatha and Ashtanga without the pressure of a full studio, I create a sequence that meets you exactly where you are.
My methodology relies heavily on props—belts, blocks, and yoga wheels—to unlock mobility and keep you safe. If you have specific physical concerns like scoliosis or joint stiffness, we use supported poses and diaphragmatic breathing to build strength without strain. We can train in the comfort of your home across Mumbai or meet at studios like Zenergy in Bandra or Nitrro in Breach Candy.
This is a partnership. We look at your energy levels, your goals, and your limitations. My role is to act as your guide, spotter, and cheerleader. We move with intention, and if you are open to it, we might even include some breathwork or a bit of kirtan to close the session. It is about progress, not perfection. Sab kuch dheere dheere hota hai (everything happens slowly), and in our private sessions, we have the time to let that happen.
