About Outdoor Sessions & Events
Practicing under the open sky changes everything. We leave the studio walls behind to breathe fresh air and focus on collective energy, which naturally makes the practice feel lighter. It is not just about the pose; it is about breaking the monotony of daily life and finding that 'bachpan yaad aa gaya' feeling where we play, laugh, and support each other.
While my studio in Ramesh Nagar offers structured, prop-based learning, my outdoor sessions are where we truly let go. There is a different kind of strength found when a group practices together in a park. You are not just working on your flexibility; you are connecting with the environment and the people around you.
We focus on:
- Group Dynamics: From partner poses to shared formations, we build trust and community support. It is perfect for those who find solo practice boring or hard to sustain.
- Natural Energy: Fresh air increases oxygen intake, which makes your Pranayama and breathing exercises much more effective than indoors.
- Fun & Play: Whether we are doing Acro yoga drills or just laughing through a challenging asana, the mood stays high. We treat yoga as a celebration of what our bodies can do.
These sessions are open to everyone—whether you are a beginner or someone who has been practicing for years. I personally curate these meetups across various parks in Delhi NCR to ensure we get enough space to spread our mats and move freely.
