About Yoga in the Open: Park & Community Classes

I host these sessions in beautiful spots like Lodhi Garden, where we focus on mindful movement, breathwork, and building a supportive community. Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, we do it all under the open sky, which helps ground your energy better than any four-walled room.

Yoga outdoors does something that a traditional studio setting often can't. By practicing in nature, we tap into a different kind of rhythm, syncing our breath with the fresh air and the open space around us.

What to Expect

I combine physical movement with mental grounding. We work on Hatha and Vinyasa flows, but we also dedicate time to Pranayama and meditation. It is about balancing the 'doing' with the 'being.' Since I am CPR and First Aid certified, you can rest assured that safety is always prioritized, allowing you to fully let go and focus on your practice. Join us every Sunday to start your week with clarity and intention.
