You will notice that we start every session with mantra chanting. This is not just a ritual; it sets the intention, helping you transition from the chaos of the day into the focus needed for practice. Whether we are on the wooden floors of our Noida studio or in the open air at Vedvan Park, I emphasize alignment, proper breathing, and mindful movement over intensity. You are here to experience yourself, not just to stretch.
At Sivapta, our group yoga sessions are designed as a path to holistic well-being. I believe that true health comes from the integration of body, mind, and soul, which is why our classes move beyond basic physical exercise.
Our Practice Structure
We follow a balanced routine that begins with Sukshma Vyayama (joint loosening) to prepare the body, followed by Hatha and Vinyasa flow sequences to build core strength and flexibility. Each session includes 10-15 minutes of dedicated Pranayama, such as Nadi Shodhan or Kapalbhati, which I consider essential for balancing your internal energy.
Studio vs. Outdoor Sessions
Our Noida studio provides a controlled, serene environment with specialized wooden flooring and props to ensure safety and support during deep postures. In contrast, our outdoor workshops, often held at local spaces like Vedvan Park, allow you to connect with nature’s rhythm. The morning sun and fresh air amplify the benefits of our asana practice, creating a unique atmosphere of vitality.

These classes are open to all levels. If you are a beginner, I provide hands-on adjustments to ensure your posture is safe. If you are experienced, you will find depth in the subtle alignment cues and the spiritual context I bring to every flow. We maintain a small, supportive group dynamic, ensuring you don't feel like just another face in the crowd. My goal is for you to leave the mat feeling aligned, calm, and deeply connected to your inner self.
