About Group Classes: Our Studio Energy
When you practice alone, you have to push yourself. In this group, the shared energy does that for you. Whether we are holding a long plank or moving through a sun salutation, seeing everyone else keep going helps you stay on the mat. Expect hands-on adjustments from me during class because I want to make sure you are feeling the pose correctly, not just imitating it.
We practice at Veer's Gym in Sagar Pur. It is a shared, active space, so expect heat, focus, and a bit of noise. The classes are a blend of Hatha and Power Yoga, designed to build stamina and strength. We focus on the principle of Sthirasukham, which means staying steady even when the pose gets challenging.
We cover everything from foundational movements to advanced inversions like Headstands and Wheel Pose for those ready to deepen their practice. I always meet you where your body is today, offering modifications for injury recovery or flexibility limitations. We finish every session with breathwork and relaxation to bring down the heart rate and ground the mind. This is a community-led environment where we encourage each other during long holds and transitions. Whether you are coming to gain focus or just get a good sweat, you will find a consistent rhythm here.
